Kevin has continued a 26-year career in commercial real estate at KLNB since 1996. Kevin specializes in the sale of improved income producing properties and in the assemblage of sites for developers and retail users. He has a wealth of experience in all aspects of the retail real estate development and leasing process, including the monitoring of site selection, land use analysis, zoning/ public hearing activities, purchase negotiations and site development coordination. Kevin’s prior experience includes being President of Greencastle Development Co., a Principal at Mulrenin-Barrett Associates and later a Vice President at CB Richard Ellis. In his capacity with these companies, Kevin acted as a consultant and broker for developers and users in acquiring land for retail development as well as the leasing and sale of improved retail properties.

Company Experience

Jack joined KLNB’s Tysons Corner offi ce in 2006 as a retail leasing specialist. He exclusively represents retailers such as FedEx Kinko’s, Ledo Pizza, Panera Bread Café, 7-Eleven, Alamo Drafthouse Cinema, and Boardwalk Burger and Fries. Jack is also concentrating on Landlord representation on existing and new retail center development projects. In three and a half years, Jack has leased over five hundred thousand square feet of retail space and done over 100 deals. In addition to leasing space, Jack is working on land purchases over $15 Million in Northern Virginia, office condo sales of over $2 Million, Hotel development projects, and a land purchase in downtown Leesburg, Virginia. He came to the company after spending a year with Florida Rock Properties, a major commercial real estate development company based out of Baltimore, Maryland and Jacksonville, Florida (owners of the D.C. Waterfront project next to the National Baseball Stadium in Anacostia). There, Jack concentrated on new office and warehouse development around the Baltimore Washington metropolitan area.

Company Experience

Dimitri joined the company in April of 2002 after spending several years with The Rouse Company, a Columbia, MD based Real Estate Investment Trust. While with The Rouse Company, Dimitri was responsible for leasing and managing a portfolio consisting of 1.3 million square feet. Since joining KLNB, Dimitri has consistantly been one of the Company’s top producers and in recognition of his efforts he was made a Prinicipal in 2006. Dimitri focuses his efforts on the leasing of new development projects in the Washington Metro Area. He represents national tenants such as Wachovia Bank, FedEx Kinko’s and GNC. He is also currently working on the leasing of the Village at Leesburg which is a 500,000 square foot lifestyle center being anchored by Wegmans in Leesburg, Virginia.

Ernest R. Hueter has been engaged in commercial real estate for the past 25 years. He has specialized in retail leasing and sales. Representing Landlords, he has developed marketing strategies to attain the most desired tenant mix at the highest achievable rents. On behalf of tenants, he has performed market analysis in creating expansion programs designed to maximize sales. Both disciplines required lease negotiations to be successful to insure success for his clients.

Mr. Hueter represents Border’s Books, AMC Theaters, Great American Restaurants, Sephora, Blue Ridge Mountain Sports, Wagamama Restaurants, Johnston & Murphy, Fidelity Investments and Faang Thai Restaurant. 1998 to Present: Mr. Hueter joined KLNB, LLC in 1998 as a salesman/associate broker. He became a Principal in January of 2007.

1983-1998: Vice President of retail at CB Richard Ellis. Starting as a salesman, became a Vice President in 1993/Focused on retail leasing and sales.

1976-1983: Gilbert Robinson Restaurant Company. Assistant manager Houlihan’s Restaurant, Kansas City. General manager Fred P. Ott’s, general manager of Houlihan’s, Kansas City. As general manager opened Houlihan’s Chevy Chase, Maryland in 1980 followed by the opening of Houlihan’s Georgetown Park in 1981.

Managed, trained and promoted at least four assistant managers in each restaurant along with hiring and training of an average of 110 employees.

Responsible for controlling food, liquor and labor costs in conjunction with increasing sales and maximizing profits.
