Mark Mueller has been actively involved in the sale and leasing of retail real estate since 1981. Through 1995, he was employed by the J. Gordon Mueller Company in Towson, Maryland, where he served as president from 1983-1995. He joined KLNB in 1996 as an associate, continuing to specialize in leasing, sales, and tenant representation throughout the Baltimore and Washington metropolitan areas.

Mr. Mueller has been active in all phases of development of retail centers including site selection, engineering and construction, coordination, and leasing. For years, he had a particular focus in Baltimore and Harford Counties, having leased well over 1 million square feet in Harford County alone.

Currently Mr. Mueller exclusively represents retailers including Food Lion, America’s Best Optical and Strappazza’s Italian Restaurant in their expansion plans in the counties surrounding Baltimore. His current landlord projects include Westview Entertainment Center, a 200,000 square foot project in Frederick due to open in mid 2002, and various other grocery-anchored centers in the Baltimore market. Mr. Mueller has also brokered the sale of shopping centers including, more recently, the Perry Hall Marketplace ($11,450,000).

Mr. Patz’ professional career began in 1993 with Champion Realty, Inc. From 1994 - 1996, Mr. Patz worked in CB Commercial’s Baltimore, Maryland office as an associate in retail properties.
