Company Experience

Ryan Wilner joined KLNB in 2004 as a retail specialist concentrating in both landlord and tenant representation in the Baltimore, Washington, DC and Northern Virginia marketplaces. Ryan began his real estate career as a research assistant at Ripco Real Estate in New York, NY in 2002. After his stint in New York, he relocated to San Diego, CA where he worked as a Retail Associate at Lee & Associates. Ryan currently represents over 3,500,000 square feet of ground up and existing shopping centers and is currently assisting a select list of tenant with their expansion in the region including Dick's Sporting Goods, Bally Total Fitness, DSW, ShopRite, Value City Furniture, Golf Galaxy, Aldi, AAA Mid-Atlantic, California Pizza Kitchen, Noodles & Company, The Vitamin Shoppe, Cosi, Qdoba Mexican Grill, Five Guys, Bob Evans, Mimi's Cafe and Thomasville.
