Karen Wilner specializes in the sale and leasing of retail real estate, as well as, tenant representation in the Baltimore, Maryland and Washington, D.C. metropolitan area. Since joining KLNB in April 1987, Ms. Wilner has been involved in sales and leasing transactions exceeding an aggregated value of $750 million. In recognition of her accomplishments she was made a principal of the firm in 1995. Ms. Wilner has been named, repeatedly, by the Baltimore Business Journal as one of the top ten commercial real estate agents in the area, and was featured in the “Who’s Who” list for Commercial Real Estate.
