Company Experience
Matt joined KLNB Retail in 2005 as a retail leasing and sales specialist. Matt spent the previous 4 years in Denver, Colorado
as a Partner of Crosbie Real Estate Group where he specialized in retail tenant representation. He has exclusively represented
retailers such as Wal-Mart, Sam’s Club Stores, Blockbuster, Wendy’s, Midwest Bank, Yum! Brands, American National
Insurance Company and Brakes Plus, among others. At KLNB Matt will be concentrating on new retail center development
projects, landlord representation and tenant representation. He received his Bachelor’s Degree in Real Estate and Urban Land
Economics from the University of Wisconsin.
