Company Experience
Phil joined KLNB in 1994 as a retail leasing specialist, focusing on sales and leasing throughout Maryland and Northern
Virginia. Phil was formerly an appraiser for Arthur Andersen & Company’s Real Estate Advisory Service, where he performed
valuation and consulting assignments throughout the United States. Now in KLNB’s Washington, D.C. offi ce, Phil has
been involved in all aspects of retail real estate, including land sales, development, landlord representation and tenant
representation. He has represented retailers such as TGI Fridays, Longhorn Steakhouse, Old Country Buffet, Bob Evans, BP
Amoco, Kohl’s, Blockbuster, Silver Diner, Food Lion, Wal-Mart and GNC, among others. Phil holds a Bachelor’s Degree from
the University of Baltimore and a Master’s Degree in Real Estate from Johns Hopkins University.
