Company Experience

Thomas H. Maddux joined KLNB, Inc. in 1991 as a retail real estate specialist focusing on the Baltimore/Washington market. He has served on the Executive Committee since 1997 and as President of the company from 2000 to 2010. He represents local and national owners for the leasing and sale of shopping centers, and national retailers for new store site selection. Mr. Maddux’s career began in 1984 at what is now CB Richard Ellis in Downtown Baltimore. He has always been active in ICSC activities in the Mid- Atlantic.

Completed more than 500 transactions valued at nearly $650 million since joining KLNB. Sale of Arundel Plaza, Golden Ring Plaza & Stafford Marketplace. Development consultation and leasing of several Power Centers.
