Cary Judd has been active in commercial real estate in the Washington, D.C. Metropolitan Area since 1987. Mr. Judd spent 12 years with CB Richard Ellis, Inc. where he personally closed more than 700 retail lease and sale transactions with a total consideration exceeding more than $800 million. During his tenure with CBRE he was recognized as member of the Top Ten Producers in 1999 and 2000 for the Eastern Division of Retail Specialists and earned CB Richard Ellis, Inc.’s Congressional Circle Award for sales in 1994, 1996, 1997, 1998, 2000, 2001, 2002 and 2003. In August 2004, Mr. Judd and his partners opened the Northern Virginia office of Madison Retail Group. They have now joined KLNB Retail, where he continues to specialize in retail tenant and landlord representation.
