Company Experience
Dimitri joined the company in April of 2002 after spending several years with The Rouse Company, a Columbia, MD
based Real Estate Investment Trust. While with The Rouse Company, Dimitri was responsible for leasing and managing a
portfolio consisting of 1.3 million square feet. Since joining KLNB, Dimitri has consistantly been one of the Company’s top
producers and in recognition of his efforts he was made a Prinicipal in 2006. Dimitri focuses his efforts on the leasing of new
development projects in the Washington Metro Area. He represents national tenants such as Wells Fargo Bank, Ruby Tuesday's, Lime Fresh Mexican Grill, FedEx Office and GNC. He is also currently working on the leasing of the Village at Leesburg which is a 1,200,000 square foot lifestyle center being anchored by Wegmans in Leesburg, Virginia.
