Dallon Cheney has been active in commercial real estate in the Washington, D.C. Metropolitan Area since 1999. In August 2004, Mr. Cheney and his partners opened the Northern Virginia office of Madison Retail Group where he continued to specialize in retail tenant and landlord representation. Previously, Dallon spent 5 years with CB Richard Ellis, Inc., specializing in the sale and leasing of retail property. Following his first year with CB Richard Ellis, he was awarded the Rookie of the Year Award for the Mid-Atlantic Region, as well as the National Retail Rookie of the Year. In May 2003, his team was awarded the 2002 CB Richard Ellis Retail Team Award for the entire company. Dallon was awarded the CoStar Retail Power Broker Award for 2006, 2007 and 2008.
