Keith Barnett joined KLNB in 1997 and specializes in the sale and leasing of retail real estate, focusing on both Landlord and Tenant representation as well as Investment Property Sales. Mr. Barnett was elected as a partner in the firm in January 2006.

Tenant Representation

Mr. Barnett represents several national and regional retailers with their expansion programs throughout the Mid Atlantic region. Notable tenant representation achievements include:

• Over forty transactions with Quiznos Sub. Due to Mr. Barnett’s ongoing success with this expansion program, Quiznos Sub has implemented several components of Mr. Barnett’s market analysis and site selection strategy on an International Level.

• Over thirty transactions with EB Games

• Over a dozen transactions with Cosi

• Over a dozen transactions with Blockbuster Video

• Multiple transactions with Wachovia Bank, Five-Guys Burgers and Fries, Qdoba, England Custom Furniture Direct, General Nutrition Centers, Wings Etc., Planet Fitness and many others.

Education

Mr. Barnett graduated Cum Laude from the University of Colorado with a Bachelor of Arts degree.
