Kevin has continued a 26-year career in commercial real estate at KLNB since 1996. Kevin specializes in the sale of improved income producing properties and in the assemblage of sites for developers and retail users. He has a wealth of experience in all aspects of the retail real estate development and leasing process, including the monitoring of site selection, land use analysis, zoning/ public hearing activities, purchase negotiations and site development coordination. Kevin’s prior experience includes being President of Greencastle Development Co., a Principal at Mulrenin-Barrett Associates and later a Vice President at CB Richard Ellis. In his capacity with these companies, Kevin acted as a consultant and broker for developers and users in acquiring land for retail development as well as the leasing and sale of improved retail properties.

Education
Kevin graduated from the University of Pittsburgh with a Bachelor of Arts Degree. He holds real estate brokers licenses in Maryland, Virginia, Pennsylvania, and the District of Columbia.
