Dallon Cheney has been active in commercial real estate in the Washington, D.C. Metropolitan Area since 1999. In August 2004, Mr. Cheney and his partners opened the Northern Virginia office of Madison Retail Group where he continued to specialize in retail tenant and landlord representation.  Previously, Mr Cheney spent 5 years with CB Richard Ellis, Inc., specializing in the sale and leasing of retail property.  Following his first year with CB Richard Ellis, Mr. Cheney was awarded the Rookie of the Year Award for the Mid-Atlantic Region, as well as the Retail Rookie of the Year for the entire company.

Matthew Locraft has been active in retail commercial real estate in the Washington, D.C. Metropolitan Area for over 12 years, specializing in retail tenant and landlord representation. Proir to KLNB, Mr. Locraft spent 10 years with CB Richard Ellis, Inc. (CBRE), and 2 years with Madison Retail Group specializing in the sale and leasing of retail properties both in landlord and tenant representation, as well as property disposition and investment sales.
