Sean Duffy joined KLNB September of 2007. Before joining KLNB Sean was VP of Sales and Leasing at the brokerage firm Thur and Associates. Sean is currently responsible for leasing Brambleton Town Center, a 500,000 square foot mixed-use project anchored by Harris Teeter and Consolidated Theaters and The Main Street at Arcola, part of an 800,000 square foot mixed use project anchored by Target and Lowes. (CBRE), and 2 years with Madison Retail Group specializing in the sale and leasing of retail properties both in landlord and tenant representation, as well as property disposition and investment sales. In over 12 years of fee-based production with CBRE, Mr. Locraft has been involved in over 500 sale and lease transactions, with total consideration exceeding $800 million. At CBRE, Mr. Locraft earned his Vice President status in just his third year of production, and First Vice President status in 2002.
