Founded in 1968, KLNB, LLC is the dominant provider of commercial real estate services throughout the Mid-Atlantic Region. The entity serves as the holding company that includes KLNB Retail, which specializes in the sale and leasing of retail projects and tenant representation, as well as NAI KLNB, a division that focuses on the sale and leasing of commercial office, industrial and warehouse properties. Investment Sales and Residential Land Sales divisions are also contained within the family of companies.

Headquartered in Towson, MD, more than 77 full-time brokerage professionals work in five full-service offices located in Towson and Columbia, MD; Washington, D.C.; and Tysons Corner and Dulles, VA.

Investment Sales
